- Click the Filter/Sort tab in the Financial Table Formats dialog.

Specify this information:
- Row Content Code
-
The code of the set of financial table rows which control the lines that appear on the report. This set of rows must have been defined using Financial Table Rows (FTR).
Each row defines the account codes or analysis codes, headings, comments and totals to be included on the report. You can use the same set of financial table rows for several reports.
Note: If the set of table rows you choose here use Account Code as the basis for the rows, then the table columns you select must not use account code as the basis for the columns. - Column Content Code
-
The code of the set of financial table columns to be included on the report. This set of columns must have been defined using Financial Table Columns (FTC).
You can use the same set of Financial Table Columns for several reports by defining separate table formats.
Note: If the set of table columns you choose here use account code as the basis for the columns, then the table rows you select must not use account code as the row basis. - Selection 2/1
-
Level Selection codes are used to determine the transaction selection, sequencing and totaling for the report. Since the Level codes are hierarchical, you should use Level 2 before Level 1.
For each dimension you select here, you are prompted at run time to enter a code, or range of codes, to limit the transactions selected for report.
- Subdimension 2/1
-
Enter a subdimension to apply to the dimension selected. Subdimensions are used to subdivide the analysis codes for a dimension. They are defined using Financial Reporting Subdimensions (FSC).
- Report Level 2/1 Code
-
Select this field if you want the applicable code to be printed alongside the Level Selection name or description in the heading of the report. Otherwise, leave this blank.
