Setting up Financial Statement layouts

  1. Select Financial Statement Layouts FSL from the main SunSystems menu.
  2. Specify this information:
    Statement Report Code

    A code that uniquely identifies the layout.

    Report Name 1-2

    The name of the report which can be entered on two lines. If you want to add a further line, you can do so at run time using the Supplementary Report Name field in Financial Statements (FSS).

    Status
    Specify the status.
  3. Save your changes.
