Financial Calendar Inquiry

Use Financial Calendar Inquiry (FCQ) to display selected financial calendar data for specific financial calendar years for the current business unit.

The display of the Financial calendar data is tailored according to:

  • Business Unit
  • Module
  • Operator Group - open period and date limits defined in Security
  • User Language
  • Financial Year.

Performing a Financial Calendar Inquiry

  1. Select the Financial Calendars Inquiry (FCQ) option from the main SunSystems menu.
  2. Enter the Financial Year to review.
  3. Click OK to display the financial calendar details.

The Financial Calendar Inquiry form displays information related to the calendar for the business unit and year as well as the language and the serialized modules.

These details are displayed in the grid:

  • Financial Period
  • Period Description
  • Adjustment
  • Period Status
  • Current
  • Available for Posting
  • Period Start Date
  • Period End Date.
