Setting up Addresses (ADD) - Communication

You can add these fields to reports and documents using the report writing facilities:

  1. Specify this information:
    Telephone Number
    The telephone number for this address.
    Telex/Fax Number
    The telex or fax number for this address.
    E-mail Address
    An email address this address.
    Web Page Address
    The web page that applies to this address.
    Address Misc Description 1 and 2
    Additional information specific to the business or the address.
    Protocol Description
    Select the name of the data interchange protocol used at this location. This is optional.
    Protocol
    A description of the protocol selected.
