Setting up Addresses (ADD) - Details
Only one address line must be entered (address line 1). All of the other address details are optional. The address lines are printed in the order they appear on the form, and blank lines are not printed.

Specify this information:
- Address Lines 1-5
- Up to 5 lines of the name and address can be maintained for the address, excluding the Town, State or Post Code and Country. Only address line 1 is mandatory.

Note: Line 1 of the address should be the company's name as this is used as, for example, the payee on cheques.
- Town/City
- The name of the town or city. This is printed below the last line of address entered.
- State
- The name of the state or county for the town/city.
- Postal Code
- The postal code identifying the location of the address. For example, a UK postcode or American zip code.
- Area
- The name of the area or region, or additional area codes.
- Country
- The name of the country.
- State Code
- The state code, or any other address codes required.
- Country Code
- The code identifying the country, if required.
- Comments
- Any notes or comments relating to the address can be maintained here. These can be printed on documents produced using the reporting writing facilities. You can also record Federal and State Id Numbers for US tax reporting purposes.
- Language Code
- The language used at this address, if this is an overseas address, which can then be used to translate the address when printing documents.
- Time Zone
- The time zone for the address, if this is an overseas address.
- Data Access Group Code
- Save your changes.
