Audit Data fields on Bank Details

On the Audit Data tab of the Bank Details form, these read-only fields are available:

• Last Updated By
• Last Update Datetime
• Reason Code
• Update Reason Text
• Last Reviewed By
• Review Result
• Last Review Datetime
• Review Comment

To query bank details and the related audit data also in Q&A reports, the audit data fields have been added to the Q&A datalink definition.

The fields are excluded from the Q&A datalink definition, except for Reason Code and Update Reason Text.

Data Access Group behaviour

If a user is set up to be excluded from a data access group in SunSystems, this message is displayed: "The record is assigned to a Data Access Group from which you are excluded."

When the same user logs on to Q&A, an identical message is now displayed and the user cannot extract data.
