Specifying label formats
On the X Axis (or Y Axis) tab:

In the
Format code field, type a
code or enter a format clause for the format you require and, where
appropriate, the format. The available options are:
Option Description Fn Fixed number converted to text, where n is the number of places after the decimal point, for example F3 which displays 1234567.890 Nn Number, where n is the number of places after the decimal point, for example N2 which displays 1,234,567.89 Cn Currency, where n is the number of places after the decimal point, for example C2 which displays £1,234,567.89 (User defined formats) You can define your own format for displaying values on the chart, using format clauses. - Click to save the changes.
