Profile filters

You can limit the data included in an export or internal transfer process. You can filter by any of the data elements in the selected source component.

Open an export, or an internal transfer profile. Click Manage next to Filter . The Filter Designer window is displayed, enabling you to do one of the following:

• Enable filters. The filter that you enable is displayed in the runtime parameters for the source component of the export, or internal transfer profile.
• Disable filters. When a filter is disabled, the words Not Specified are displayed in the Filter field.
• Create, edit or delete a filter.
