The payload status value is not one of the allowable values. This applies to both the Analysis Hierarchy Label and Analysis Hierarchy Code.

Correct the value for <Status> and rerun the payload.

The CreateOrAmend SASI method fails to check for an invalid status and instead assigns the system default of 0 - Open before writing to the database.
