EmployeeRoles

This component runs the Employee Roles (EMR) function.

Note: Employee Role Types are already set up in SunSystems when it is installed. It is not possible for you to insert or delete them. The roles available are: Buyer, Salesperson, Inspector, Operator, Planner and Other.

Methods

Amend: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to amend one or more employee roles.
Query: Driver Type: Export; Use this method to obtain employee role details or to extract employee role data from SunSystems.

Mandatory fields

When amending an employee role, a value must be supplied for Employee Role Code - payload element <RoleCode>.

Note: At runtime the component validates the payload contents to ensure that the values supplied are correct. Various combinations of values may require other elements in the payload to be specified before the payload can be processed successfully.
