Clearing users

System administrators may need to clear users when they are locked out of the system due to, for example, system failures.

Note: The Clear option is only available to users who are part of a group that has Security Permissions > Change Security Settings enabled.
  1. Select Sessions (SEC) to display the User Activity form.
  2. Highlight the required user on the grid, and select Actions > Clear Selected . You can also click Clear All to clear all currently logged in users.
    Note: Users are able to clear their own logins if the group they belong to has the Clear Operator at Login flag enabled.
