Managing action permissions

Action permissions allow you to configure which user groups can access actions within specified business units for certain SunSystems functions.

  1. On the Groups pane, double-click the required SunSystems group and click Edit Group.
  2. Select the Action Permissions tab and click Add.
    The Select Business Unit dialog is displayed.
  3. Select the business unit where you want to add actions, and click OK. The business unit is added to the Action Permissions pane.
  4. For each function or sub-function displayed, select the actions you want to allow. By default, all Actions in the list are checked.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click OK.
