Setting up report output paths

In Report Manager, you can create and set up report output paths for your reports.

  1. From the Tools menu, select the Output Paths option. The Output Paths dialog is displayed.
  2. Select the output path from the list, or create a new one. To create an output path, from the Report Store tab, select New Path from the toolbar.
  3. Enter the output path name and the path to which the reports are to be output to.
  4. Select the Show in Lookup option to be able to view the output path in the lookup list from the Report Output tab. The folder name and path is then available in the list for selection.

To set a report output path as the default, ensure the default option is selected.

To edit a report output path, select the output path that requires changing and select Edit from the toolbar. Make the necessary changes and click OK.

To delete a report output path, select the output path from the list and select Delete from the toolbar.
