Adding sort criteria

  1. Create a new or open an existing filter.
  2. Ensure the Sort Criteria tab is selected in the lower portion of the filter edit area.
  3. Drag the required data item from the data item list and drop it on the required row of the sort criteria table.
    Note:  If the maximum of ten sort criteria has been reached or the selected data item is already used as a sort criteria, the cursor displays as a no-entry sign and the data item is not added to the sort criteria table.
  4. The sort order of data items added to the sort criteria table defaults to ascending. This can be amended to descending by use of the drop down lists in the sort order column of the table. You may now wish to set initial summarization or summarization levels for your filter.
