Report Manager window

The Report Manager window is split into these main areas:

  • Report Folders pane

    The area at the left of the screen. This contains the folders and the folder structure of your report store.

    The folders are displayed in this order:

    1. My Reports - contains your Output, Temp, and Recycle Bin folders
    2. Shared Folders - contains the Central Files, and Example Reports folders
    3. Personal Folders - contains the personal folders of all users who have used Report Manager. Each folder is displayed in the style My Reports (User Name). Deleted users are appended with - DELETED.
    Note: The Central Files folder and the Personal Folders of all users are only visible to the Report Administrator.
  • Reports pane

    The area at the right of the screen. This shows the list of your reports and shows the details of the currently selected folder.

  • Toolbar

    Allows you to easily access functionality and contains buttons which enable you to carry out actions. Hover the cursor over a button to display its description.
