What are consolidated sales invoices?

Consolidated or Collective Sales Invoices are summaries, at invoice line level, of one or more original sales order line, for the same item code, within a single sales invoice.

Where the same item code would appear on more than one line of a single invoice, consolidation facilitates the combining of separate lines into a single line with an aggregate quantity.

A collective invoice must be for only one customer invoice address, but may be for more than one order type. The deliveries for a collective invoice line may be to one or more delivery address.

Sales invoice lines containing the same item codes with different unit prices cannot be consolidated.
