Delegating work to another user

Use Out of Office Delegation (OOD) to delegate your work to another user.

  1. Select Out of Office Delegation (OOD) from the SunSystems menu.
  2. Tick the checkbox I want to delegate to enable delegation.
  3. Select which functions to delegate. The options are:
    1. Requisition Entry
    2. Requisition Work Queue
    3. Purchase Order Work Queue
    4. Purchase Invoice Work Queue.
  4. In the Delegated To field select the user to delegate to.
  5. Select the date from when delegation starts in From Date.
  6. Select the date when delegation ends in To Date.
  7. Enter any relevant comments in the Comments field.
  8. Click OK to save your changes.
