Using Sequence Numbers in Conversions

If using conversions, the smallest unit label must have the highest sequence number, and the largest unit label must have the lowest sequence number. All other units in between must follow the sequence accordingly.

For example:

Sequence Number Unit Label
1 Pallet
2 Crate
3 Box
4 Bottle

This sequence is used by SunSystems when allocating units where the unit being issued is different from the unit received. You must define how larger units are broken down into smaller units, and in what sequence.

If no conversions are being used, or there is only one conversion unit possible, this sequence number is irrelevant.
