Defining default settings

Form Designer provides a variety of application configuration options. These allow you to create a consistent look and feel to your forms as well as ensuring some automation when creating forms.

Note: It is recommended that you choose the settings before you begin creating your forms.

To define the default settings:

  1. From the View menu select Options.
  2. Define the default settings you want on each of the tab pages:
    • General tab
    • Server tab
    • New Window tab
    • Controls tab
    • Advanced tab
  3. Click Apply Now and then OK to close the Options dialog.
