  • The undo command works on a per form window basis. Use the Undo button, or the keystroke Ctrl + Z, to undo your most recent procedure or entry. Alternatively, click the down arrow adjacent to the Undo button and this displays your last 20 actions. Click the action you want to undo. If you don't see the action, scroll through the list. When you undo an action, you also undo all actions above it in the list. You can increase or decrease the number of actions you want to undo from the default of 20.
Note: If you later decide you didn't want to undo an action, click Redo.
  • The redo command works on a per form window basis. Use the Redo button, or the keystroke Ctrl + Y, to redo your most recent procedure or entry. You can only use this button after you have used the Undo command - so effectively this undoes an undo. Alternatively, click the down arrow adjacent to the Redo button and this displays your last 20 actions. Click the action you want to redo. If you don't see the action, scroll through the list. When you redo an action, you also redo all actions above it in the list. You can increase or decrease the number of actions you want to redo from the default of 20.
