Formula reporting

Within Formula Designer (FMD) you can run reports on the formulae you have created. To run a report:

  1. From the Reports menu select Run Report, or click the Run Report button on the toolbar.
  2. The SunSystems Parameter Editor is displayed. Navigate through the tabs and specify this information:
    Business Unit Code
    Click the drop down arrow to select a business unit.
    Formula Code
    Click the drop down arrow to select a formula code.
    Decimals Allowed
    Enter the number of decimal places for displayed results.
    From Date/Time Last Updated and To Date/Time Last Updated
    Enter the range of dates you want the report to cover.
    General
    A specific report parameter for formula reporting.
    Output Parameters
    A specific report parameter for formula reporting.
    Report Options
    A specific report parameter for formula reporting.
  3. Click OK to run the report.
  4. Report Manager is displayed with the finished report which you can either save, print or e-mail.
