Clear Work Tables

Clear Work Tables deletes data stored in SQL work tables associated with the Business Unit Groups you select. It is recommended to configure this as a scheduled task.

  1. In Business Unit Administration (BUA) select the Business Unit Group.
  2. Select Actions > Advanced > Clear Work Tables.
  3. Specify the Business Unit Code.
  4. In the Number of Days to Retain Transfer Desk field specify the number of days to retain the transfer desk temporary data.
  5. In the Number of Days to Retain Reconciliation Manager field specify the number of days to retain the reconciliation manager temporary data.
  6. In the Number of Days to Retain Control Desk field specify the number of days to retain the control desk temporary data.
  7. In the Number of Days to Retain Control Desk Interface field specify the number of days to retain the control desk interface data.
  8. Click Run to clear the work tables.
