Specifying Label Formats
On the X Axis (or Y Axis) tab:

In the
Format code field, type a
code or enter a format clause for the format you require and, where
appropriate, the format. The available options are:
Option Description Fn Fixed number converted to text, where n is the number of places after the decimal point, for example F3 which displays 1234567.890 Nn Number, where n is the number of places after the decimal point, for example N2 which displays 1,234,567.89 Cn Currency, where n is the number of places after the decimal point, for example C2 which displays £1,234,567.89 (User defined formats) You can define your own format for displaying values on the chart, using format clauses. To specify custom formats for labels and axis values on your chart, you can format the number fields. - Click to save the changes.
