Domains

Users with the Admin role can use the Domains page to modify Infor-generated notifications so they are shown as coming from your organization’s domain.

After you register your domain name in CSSP, your organization’s IT department receives the verification token that must be implemented for the relevant domain. After your IT department has the token in place, you can manually verify the domain in CSSP and implement it immediately.

After you finish domain verification, CSSP checks the verification automatically once per week. If the automatic verification fails, then CSSP performs these actions:

Sends a notification regarding the failed verification.
Runs the automatic verification every day for the next three days and sends you a reminder every day. If the verification succeeds, CSSP sends a notification regarding the successful verification.
Sends the final notification after three days of failing verification. Keeps the domain status as Failed.
