Service requests
The Service Requests page shows a list of all requests that have been submitted for all deployments. Users with the Admin role can access this page.
The Status column shows the current status of each service request. You can cancel the requests that are in the scheduled status. Service requests can be filtered by status. Any column can be sorted by double-clicking the column header. An environment can be selected to show service requests related to this environment.
Service requests are provided by various Infor products and perform different operations, so a service request that is available for one product may not be available for another. The Service Requests screen in CSSP provides a way to launch and monitor the status of service requests. To learn which service requests, if any, are provided for a particular product, refer to the product-specific documentation.
