Contact management

The Contact Management page shows a list of users. Users with the Admin role can edit users' access privileges and personal information. Users with the Basic role cannot view the Contact Management page.

Users are synchronized every hour.

Note: You cannot edit disabled fields through CSSP directly. Disabled fields can be edited by Contact Administrators in Infor Concierge under Administration > Manage Contacts. To view your Contact Administrators, go to Profile > My Profile in Infor Concierge.

These tabs are displayed on the Contact Management page:

  • Customer Contacts is for customer contacts that are registered for your company on Infor Concierge. Users are synchronized from Infor Concierge every hour.
  • Partners is for organizations with which your company is partnered.
  • Infor Managed Services is for contacts from the Infor Managed Services organization, including Customer Experience Managers and CareFor Services.
