Partner contact management
Partner contacts are the contacts associated with a company with which your organization has partnered. These contacts can be granted the same permissions as a normal contact by users from your organization with the Admin role.
All partners and their contacts are synchronized from Infor Concierge every hour. If no new contacts are displayed, then go to Infor Concierge and create a support case.
These are prerequisites that must be met to grant access permissions for partner contacts:
- Users with the Admin role can grant or revoke access.
- The partner company must be mapped to your company for the partner contacts to be listed.
