Creating service request

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Service Requests.
  2. Click CREATE A SERVICE REQUEST.
  3. In the Create A Service Request dialog box select an environment and a service.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Complete the required fields marked with red asterisk.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. In the Select a Window dialog box select a date.
  8. Specify a window for a service request.

    Some service requests have parameters that can be filled in. If this Service Request has parameters, fill in the appropriate values as directed by the product documentation. Values with an asterisk are required and must be filled in before the Service Request can be submitted.

  9. Click SUBMIT.
