Enabling GenAI Capabilities

Users with the Admin role can enable GenAI capabilities. These steps describe how to enable GenAI capabilities for a tenant:

  1. In CSSP select Features.
  2. On the Features Availability page, select GenAI Capabilities tab.
  3. Select the Tenant Type for the desired environment from the Tenant Type item list. A table of available GenAI Capabilities appears.
  4. In the Enable column, select the check box of the capabilities that you want to enable.
  5. Click Save. A success message appears, and the status of the capability is Synchronized.
    If you see a failure message after saving, enable the feature again. If the issue persists, submit a case through Infor Concierge for the application’s support team to help troubleshoot the issue.
