Partner contact management

Partner contacts are the contacts associated with your organization’s partner company. Users with the Admin role can use the partner contact management feature to grant or revoke access to their partner contacts. Partners can use this feature to access CSSP with the Admin or Config Admin role.

All partners and their contacts are synchronized from Infor Concierge every hour. If no new contacts are displayed, then go to Infor Concierge and create a support case.

You must have the Admin role to grant access to Partner contacts.

To view the partner contacts lists, the partner company must be mapped to your organization.
