Creating SMTP host details

Users with Admin role can create SMTP host details.

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Environments.
  2. Select the target environment.
  3. Click the SMTP Management tab.
  4. Click Add SMTP Host Details.
  5. Specify the host details.
    Note: The host and port must be open to allow traffic.
  6. For OAuth 2.0, select OAUTH2 from the Authentication Type list and specify the required information.
  7. For Basic Authentication, select BASIC from the Authentication Type list and specify the required information.
  8. Click Submit.
  9. Click Update Environment. The update request appears in the queue.
  10. Click Refresh to update the request status.
