Service requests

The Service Requests page shows a list of all requests that have been submitted for all environments. Users with the Admin role have access to this page.

The Status column shows the current status of each service request. You can cancel the requests that are in the scheduled status. Service requests can be filtered by status. Any column can be sorted by double clicking on the column header. An environment can be selected to show service requests related to this environment.

Service requests are provided by various Infor products and perform many different operations, so a service request that is available for one product may not be available for another. The Service Requests page in CSSP just provides a way to launch and monitor the status of Service Requests. To learn which service requests, if any, are provided for a particular product, refer to the product-specific documentation.

Service requests are more commonly available for single-tenant (ST) products than multi-tenant (MT) products. Certain capabilities available for ST products through service requests are not available from the Service Requests menu for MT products. One example is the data refresh capability which, for MT products, is available from the Environments and the CloudSuites menus.
