Refresh notifications

Refresh notifications are sent to your organization’s admin contacts in these refresh-related scenarios:
  • A DB Limits evaluation is in progress.
  • A DB Limits evaluation completes successfully.
  • A DB Limits evaluation fails.
  • A refresh is in progress.
  • A refresh completes successfully.
  • A refresh fails.
  • An ongoing refresh is canceled by Infor Cloud operations in response to a support case.
  • A scheduled refresh is canceled.
  • A scheduled refresh is suspended due to a supplementary update, CSFinancials only.
  • A refresh which was previously suspended due to a supplementary update is resumed, CSFinancials only.
