SFTP add users notifications

An email notification is sent for both success and failure scenarios. These are possible notification scenarios:
  • If CSSP launches a service request successfully, the contact associated with each SFTP user is notified.
  • If CSSP fails to launch the service request due to validation or any internal errors, the contact associated with each SFTP user is notified.
  • If no contact is associated with the SFTP user, then any user in your organization with the Admin role whose contact is enabled to receive notifications is notified. For guidance on enabling notifications, see the Access control fields.
