Easy enablement of Suite Features in bulk

While CSSP provides the option to enable features for individual environments, it can be preferable to enable features for multiple environments or tenants in bulk. For example, you may want to enable GenAI features for all of your tenants. CSSP provides bulk enablement options for users with the Admin role to do this easily.

Two bulk enablement options are supported:

Enablement of all features for a selected feature type (for example, GenAI) for all of your organization's tenants and environments.
Enablement of all features for a selected feature type (for example, GenAI) for all environments of a selected tenant.

To enable features in bulk:

In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
Select the type of feature from the Feature Type list. The types currently include GenAI, Configuration Management, and Data Refresh.

Note: Your company must have signed off on the legal terms for GenAI enablement for the GenAI feature type to be listed. Contact Infor support if you need assistance or explore the Infor Velocity Suite to get the most out of GenAI.
Select the tenant where you would like to enable the features from the Tenant list. For each feature of the selected Feature Type, a collapsible menu appears, in which every application that supports the feature is listed.
To enable the selected feature for all tenants, click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.

Note: You also have the option to Disable All if needed.
To enable the selected feature for a specific tenant, select the tenant where you would like to enable the features from the Tenant list.
Click the Bulk Action button that is in line with the Tenant list.
From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
