Enabling Suite Features for environments

Users with the Admin role can use Feature Enablement to enable Suite Features, such as the GenAI Embedded Experience feature for their environments. These steps describe how to enable a Suite Feature for an environment:

  1. In CSSP select Features.
  2. Select the type of feature from the Feature Type list. The types currently include GenAI, Configuration Management, and Data Refresh.
    Note: Your company must have signed off on the legal terms for GenAI enablement for the GenAI feature type to be listed. Contact Infor support if you need assistance or explore the Infor Velocity Suite to get the most out of GenAI.
  3. Select the tenant where you would like to enable the features from the Tenant list. For each feature of the selected Feature Type, a collapsible menu appears, in which every application that supports the feature is listed.
  4. In the Enable column, select the check box of the environment for which you want to enable the feature.

    To disable the feature for a specific environment, clear the check box in the Enable column. Alternatively, click Enable All to enable all the applications at once, or Disable All to disable all the applications at once. Using Enable All does not enable components. You need to enable the components for each application one by one.

    If there is a hyperlink in the Tenant Type column and no check box in the Enable column, then the application uses components. See the "Enabling Suite Features for application components" topic for instructions.

  5. Click Save.
