Contact management

The Contact Management page shows a list of users with CSSP access for your company.

Users with the Admin role can edit other users' access privileges and personal information. Users with the Basic role cannot view the Contact Management page.

Note: Editing is disabled for certain fields in CSSP. Instead, these fields can be edited by contact administrators in Infor Concierge under Administration > Manage Contacts. To find your contact administrators, go to Profile > My Profile in Infor Concierge.

These tabs are displayed on the Contact Management page:

  • Customer Contacts: Shows customer contacts who are registered for your company on Infor Concierge. Users are synchronized from the Infor Concierge system to CSSP every hour. You can view your organization’s administrator contacts in Infor Concierge from Profile > My Profile > Company Administrator.
  • Partners: Shows organizations with which your company is partnered.
  • Infor Managed Services: Shows contacts from the Infor Managed Services organization, including customer experience managers and CareFor Services contacts.
Note: 
  • For organizations with sets of tenants registered to different locations, all the locations share the same set of contacts. There is one instance of CSSP for the company as a whole, rather than individual CSSP instances for each location.
  • For organizations that have registered a parent or child relationship with another organization, contact management is separate for the parent and child companies. CSSP access is also separate for both companies, though certain cross-customer features like data refresh and local package deployment can be invoked from either the parent or child company.
