Access control fields

Access control fields are used to grant or revoke a contact’s access privileges. To grant or revoke access for a Contact, you must have the Admin role. See Editing an existing contact .

These fields are used to grant or revoke a user's access privileges:

Portal Access
Controls the user's ability to log into CSSP.
Subscribe to Email Notifications?
Determines if the user receives notifications from Infor through email.
Subscribe to SMS Alerts?
Determines if the user receives certain notifications through text messages. To specify the types of notifications, enable these options:
  • Subscribe to Maintenance Complete SMS Alerts?
  • Subscribe to Application Health Status SMS Alerts?
To enable the Subscribe to SMS Alerts? option for a user, the country and phone number must first be entered by contact administrators in Infor Concierge under Administration > Manage Contacts. If a country code is used in the phone number, be sure to include a + at the beginning, such as +1-111-111-111, or notifications may not be sent.
Notify On All Local Package Actions
If set to Yes, the user receives local package notifications, for example notifications for errors or required action during deployment and creation for actions performed by everyone in their organization. If set to No, the user receives notifications for the actions they perform themselves. If additional filtering is required for example by tenant type, it is recommended to add custom rules to your email inbox.
Primary Contact
Designates a user as a primary contact. This field is primarily for your organization’s use and is not referred to by Infor.
User Role
Controls the role of the user. Multiple roles can be selected from this field. The user gets permissions associated with each selected role.
