Infor Managed Services partner contact management

Infor Managed Services (IMS) contacts are contacts from the Infor Managed Services organization, including Customer Experience Managers and CareFor Services. Users with Admin role can grant partner access to IMS. The Admin and Config Admin roles can be granted to IMS contacts by users with the Admin role.

If access is granted, the IMS staff can access CSSP to help manage your environments. Access can be granted for up to one year and later renewed at any time. Once the access expiration date is reached, the contact will lose access to CSSP.
