Open telemetry configuration

Infor provides a back-end tool named Monocle Glass. Monocle Glass transfers logging data from multi-tenant Cloud tenants to an OpenTelemetry (OTEL) provider.

You can analyze logs and create dashboards in the OTEL provider. CSSP provides the interface that connects Monocle Glass to the OTEL provider. To set up the connection, configure the OTEL connection details in CSSP. CSSP sends the configuration details to Monocle Glass. Monocle Glass then tests the connection before you submit the configuration for ongoing use. CSSP stores and passes the configuration details. Monocle Glass manages the transfer of logging data from Cloud tenants to the OTEL provider. Supported OTEL providers include AWS CloudWatch and Sumo Logic.

Note: This process does not configure an OTEL provider. This process connects tenant logging data to an existing OTEL provider.
