Granting access to a partner contact

Users with the Admin role can grant roles such as Admin or VPN Admin to partner contacts. Access can be granted for up to one year and later renewed at any time. Once the access expiration date is reached, the contact will lose access to CSSP.
  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Contact Management.
  2. Click the Partners tab.
  3. Select a partner contact from the grid.
  4. In the Authorize Partner Contact dialog box, select one or multiple user roles for the partner.
  5. Specify the Expiration Date for the contact using the calendar widget. The expiration date can be no more than one year in the future.
  6. Click Grant.
