Create label

Users with the Config Admin role can create a label.

  1. Sign in to CSSP.
  2. Select Configuration Management > Labels.
  3. Click Create Label.
  4. Specify this information:
    Label Name
    Specify a name for the label.
    Description
    Specify a description for the label.
    Value Type
    Select Predefined values or Free text.
    Value(s)
    If you select Predefined values, specify the values that users can select. Separate each value with a comma. Users can select one value per package.
    Required
    If Required field is enabled, the label is automatically added to all new packages. The package creator must specify a value for the label.
  5. Click Save.
