Granting access to an Infor Managed Service

The administrator can grant roles and access to Infor Managed Services (IMS) contacts.
  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Contact Management.
  2. Click the Infor Managed Services tab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Search for the email address of the Infor Managed Services contact you would like to add. This must be the exact address.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Select the contact to edit access details.
  7. In the Edit Infor Managed Services Contact dialog box, select one or multiple roles for the contact from the User Roles list.
  8. Click Grant.
