Partner contact management
Partner contacts are the contacts associated with a company with which your
organization has partnered. These contacts can be granted the same permissions as a normal
contact by Admin users from your organization.
All partners and their contacts are synchronized from Infor Concierge every hour. If no new contacts are displayed, then go to Infor Concierge and create a support case.
These are prerequisites that must be met to grant access permissions for partner contacts:
- The person granting or revoking access must have the Admin role assigned to their Contact.
- The partner company must be mapped to your company for the partner contacts to be listed.
