Enabling Suite Features for environments

To use Feature Enablement for Suite Features, you must have the Admin role assigned to your Customer Contact. These steps describe how to enable a Suite Feature for an environment:

  1. In CSSP select Features.
  2. On the Features Availability page, select Suite Features tab.
  3. Select the feature from the Select the feature to enable on a tenant item list. A list of environments for the applications that support the selected feature appears.
  4. In the Enable column, select the check box of the environment for which you want to enable the feature.

    To disable the feature for a specific environment, clear the check box in the Enable column.

    If there is a hyperlink in the Tenant Type column and no check box in the Enable column, then the application uses components. See Enabling Suite Features for application components for instructions.

  5. Click Save.
