Resetting SFTP password

You can reset the SFTP password for your environment on the SFTP tab in CSSP. This requires updates to any integrations that rely on the SFTP credentials. For the TAM (Landmark) application, more information on those integrations, can be found at the Knowledge Base Article 2324923 on https://support.infor.com.

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Environments.
  2. Select the environment.
  3. Click the SFTP tab.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. To confirm, click Yes.
  6. Click Update Environment to sync the new password with the environment. You can view the status for the Update Environment Request from the Update Environment Requests table. A Success status indicates the request is complete.
  7. Click Show under the Password field to view the new password.
