This guide provides procedural instructions on how to use Infor CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP).

With Infor CloudSuite Self-Service Portal you can manage your multi-tenant environments and single-tenant deployments.

The Deployments page shows a list of all environments. Users with the Admin or Basic role can view this page.

The Multi-Tenant page contains a list of menu options for various multi-tenant capabilities in CSSP.

The Configuration Management menus are available for users with the Config Admin role.

The Features page of CSSP provides a way to enable certain features for your customer environments.

The Tasks page shows all your current tasks involving single-tenant deployments or multi-tenant environments.

The Documentation page contains all documentation pertaining to the entitled products. Users with the Admin or Basic role can view and download all audit reports, DR reports, product guides, and other documents.
