Refreshing a CloudSuite
CSSP provides the option to perform a data refresh for a CloudSuite. This functionality is not supported for all CloudSuites. Some CloudSuites cannot be refreshed from CSSP but can be performed on-demand by Infor operations staff.
To learn more, check the data refresh section of your CloudSuite’s user guide or go to Infor Concierge and create a support case to inquire if refresh is available for the CloudSuite you are interested in. A CloudSuite data refresh involves two CloudSuites. The source CloudSuite is the CloudSuite from which the data is copied. The target CloudSuite is the CloudSuite to which the data is copied.
As part of the refresh, multiple applications in the target CloudSuite are refreshed. This involves replacing all data of the target tenant with a copy of the data from the source tenant.
Data refresh can erase all data from a tenant and may not always be reversible. Make sure you understand this and aware of possible data loss before proceeding with a data refresh.
The refresh feature must be enabled by Infor staff for your organization. If the refresh option is not available, go to Infor Concierge and create a support case to request enablement of the CSSP refresh option for your organization.
Most refreshes can be made across regions, such as a data refresh from a US tenant to an EU tenant.
You can schedule only one refresh per calendar month for each target suite. To schedule multiple refreshes in the same month, go to Infor Concierge and create a support case.
