deployment.
Select to view the details of your multi-tenant environments.
Select to view the details of your CloudSuites.
My account
You can view and edit your personal information on My Account page. This can be accessed by clicking the icon in the top right corner.
Only fields shown in white are editable. You can change the gray fields in Infor Concierge. Those changes propagate to CSSP within an hour.
To receive SMS (text messages) notifications complete these actions:
- Set the Subscribe to SMS Alerts? field to .
- Select the Subscribe to Maintenance Complete SMS Alerts? check box to get notified on scheduled maintenance complete events.
- Select the Subscribe to Application Health Status SMS Alerts? check box to get notified on application health status events.
To receive email notifications, set the Subscribe to Email Notifications field to .
