Updating a customer contact assigned SFTP user password

To update a password, the user must be logged in to CSSP, and that user must have an SFTP user account linked to their user account.

CSSP administrators cannot update passwords for customer contact assigned user accounts.

  1. Select Single-Tenant > Deployments.
  2. Select the deployment from the list.
  3. Click the SFTP Service tab.
  4. Click UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD.
  5. Enter and confirm the new password.
  6. Click UPDATE PASSWORD.
